For almost 20 years Fritz's Wieners have been serving customers around New Zealand with their delicious traditional German Bratwurst sausages in a bun, from their popular mobile food huts, designed so that customers can see their food being cooked. Now the franchise is expanding into non-mobile sites, with the first Fritz's Wieners Kitchen having proved its potential over several years at the Riverside Market in Christchurch.

With the expanded site comes an expanded menu, offering fries, curry wurst, bacon and egg rolls and frickadellen meatballs.
