Privacy Policy

We do not gather any information about your visit to our website apart from overall and non-identifiable statistical information. Where you volunteer information in order to receive a free copy of Franchise New Zealand magazine or to subscribe to our email newsletter, this is not made available to companies outside our organisation for any reason whatsoever. However, we may contact you from time to time to advise you of events or opportunities which are specifically relevant to franchising.

If you use our Request Information service, the information which you provide will be passed on to the relevant companies in order for them to make contact with you. This information will not be provided to companies other than the ones requested by you.

Privacy Statement

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

  • contact information (postal address, email address, phone number)

  • send information as requested

Besides our staff, we share this information with:

Providing information is optional

If you choose not to enter a postal address, we'll be unable to send you a print copy of the magazine.

If you choose not to enter an email address, we'll be unable to send you an email newsletter or provide you with a digital subscription.

If you choose not to provide a phone number, we may be unable to contact you if, for example, New Zealand Post say that mail is not deliverable to the postal address you provide.

We keep your information for up to two years after any request or subscription lapses, at which point we securely destroy it by erasing it from our database.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
