Seminar with author of ‘My Dear Franchisees’

Ann Andrews is a former franchisor and author of My Dear Franchisees, a guide that helps new franchisees understand what – and what not – to expect from their franchisor. ‘I recently updated and re-launched the book,’ says Ann. ‘After an extract appeared in Franchise New Zealand magazine, the phone went crazy with cries of:
