Auckland seminars – Maximise franchisee engagement

January 2020 – Two workshops being held in Auckland in February will help New Zealand franchisors and their leadership teams engage better with their franchisees and build stronger networks. Additional workshops deal with recruitment, underperformance and resales

The series of five Auckland workshops is part of a wider education programme delivered by the Franchise Advisory Centre, the largest provider of specialised education for franchisors in Australia.

The engagement workshops will share the latest insights into how to plan and execute great franchise conferences, as well as how to set up or improve the effectiveness of Franchise Advisory Councils (FACs).

Three other workshops explore best practice in a range of core franchisor functions, including franchise recruitment and resales, monitoring and managing the performance of franchisees, 

Each workshop will also provide participants with points towards the internationally-recognised Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) qualification. The five workshops are:

How to conduct a great conference.

The workshops are organised by the Franchise Advisory Centre and presented by Jason Gehrke, a long-standing member of the Franchise Council of Australia and an Adjunct Professor in franchising at Griffith University. Jason is also a practising franchisor through his role as director on the boards of two franchise brands with a total of 180 outlets across Australia and New Zealand, and adds this real-world experience to the content of the workshops.
