Taxi franchisees in dispute

Rodney Wayne is one of New Zealand’s pioneer franchisors. When he franchised his successful chain of hairdressing salons in the 1980s he was one of the first in the country to adopt the franchise model. We asked him how he built the brand into the biggest salon chain in the country.
