Pack & Send provides an easy drop-off delivery service for consumers, Trade Me buyers and sellers, tourists and backpackers, university students, small businesses and large corporations.

Located primarily on city fringes with street frontage for optimum exposure, stores average a manageable 100 square metres. Low staffing levels, attention to expense management and 5½ days a week with normal business hours add to the attraction for potential franchisees seeking a new more relaxed lifestyle away from the rat race.

Skills & training

What makes Pack & Send truly unique is the team of people behind the brand - franchisees - trained professional ‘owner operators' who have enthusiastically embraced Pack & Send's ‘no limits' culture with a commitment to ‘going the extra mile' for their customers.

Franchisees attend a two-week training course at Pack & Send team head office in Christchurch. This training includes covering areas of customer service, packaging and freight, accounting, franchising, and marketing techniques, computer and business systems that include point of sale software and company intranet as well as the online operations manual.

Two weeks of in-store training is provided as well as regular ongoing support.
