We operate a walk-in system with no appointments and a fixed menu of services clearly displayed at the front of the store. Our barbers are professionals, proficient in the latest trends and barbering techniques. Trained to help clients understand the variations in services offered, the options available to them in styling and to upsell additional services as part of the client experience that is unique to BarberShopCo: The Ritual.

Skills & training required
Our New Owner Leadership Programme is an intensive practical programme to introduce you to BarberShopCo.
This training programme covers Store operations, HR, Brand and marketing, Finance systems, Processes, and how we can support you day to day.
The ability to regularly inspire, motivate and lead the team is the most important aspect of the owner’s role, so there is a strong focus on effective leadership and & development of your team. Monthly store owner meets help us all keep connected, and provide opportunities to learn from from long time owners and their in depth knowledge base.
