Skills & training

Ideal candidates will have experience working on bikes, though not necessarily e-bikes. Full technical + marketing training is provided.  You will need:

  • Self motivation and drive
  • A desire to grow your business and a willingness to put in the effort required
  • A thirst for knowledge about the products you represent
  • An earnest desire to delight your customers (and thus grow your business through referrals)
  • A garage location that presents well, or a late model van or towing vehicle
  • A willingness to get out and about in your community demonstrating bikes
