Skills & training

• We're looking for computer savvy, good people managers - knowing about cars is a bonus!
• You'll run your own office; we provide the rental car operating system and you should have accounting support to assist with your day to day reconciliations. Knowing your numbers is always good!
• Constant two-way communication is key between franchisee and franchisor, as is contributing to the wider group as a team.
• The franchisor runs an overall marketing/social media/advertising plan and you run your own local marketing plan too.
• Training is provided as part of the package with experienced car rental managers assisting every step of the way.
