Fibrenew is a market leader in the restoration of leather, vinyl and plastic. We are a homebased, eco-friendly, mobile franchise, with low overheads and unlimited market potential, catering to the automotive, residential, commercial, marine and aviation markets.
There is leather, vinyl and plastic everywhere: in homes, offices, vehicles, boats, airplanes, hospitals, gyms, restaurants, hotels and much more. With all these potential revenue streams and high demand for our services across so many markets our franchisees have grown and thrived through both rises and falls in the economy which speaks volumes for the need for our services. Work opportunities are only limited to your imagination and drive.
Among other things, Fibrenew is called upon to repair and redye holes, scuffs, cuts, animal scratches, scuffs and fading to leather, vinyl and plastic components on furniture and car, boat and plane interiors. Every day this saves hundreds of items from ending up in landfills and saves customers' time and money. Restoration is cheaper than replacement! With the introduction of so many robots and the global move toward automation, Fibrenew franchisees can rest assured that no robot can replace them!!
Franchise fees are flat-rate so the more you earn the more you keep! Being a mobile based service means low overheads and Fibrenew offers flexibility in life style and work hours.
Fibrenew has over 250 franchises throughout the world, with 10 existing franchises in NZ. In 2017 we were named as the top 50 franchise by Franchise Business Review (top 15% out of 334 other franchise concepts). This is an independent survey which measured franchisee satisfaction, the only ranking of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance (as opposed to paid placement in other franchise rankings lists) – undertaken by the International Franchise Association.
Skills and training
You don't need prior experience, you will not be colour blind and ideally will enjoy working with your hands, be physically fit as lifting furniture may be required and be confident in networking and building relationships. Fibrenew provide a thorough 20 week training programme and on-going support. You will have 24/7 access to our on-line technical library which is continually added to and covers all aspects of Fibrenew, from repair techniques through to marketing, sales assistance, etc. It gives you access to a very valuable forum where over 250 franchisees contribute to sharing information and solving problems.
