Franchisees receive the benefits of using Paramount Services’ branding, business systems and processes. We take care of administrative responsibilities such as invoicing, collecting payment and providing a central customer services centre. This allows you to concentrate on building your franchise business, managing staff, quoting for new work and maintaining strong customer relationships.
We generate new business through website enquiries, advertising and tenders. We help you to promote your own business and, provided you can service new contracts well, there is no limit on the number you may take on.
New franchisees don't need commercial cleaning experience. You do need a positive attitude and a clean police record. You need to be well organised and prepared to learn Paramount Services' proven business formula.
Our franchise manual sets out comprehensive instructions on how to operate your business, and cleaning methods. We provide induction training and regular refresher courses. If you need help at any time with any aspect of your franchise business we are here to provide it.
We have franchises available in towns and cities throughout New Zealand - please enquire.
Spring Jiang, Auckland
Spring Jiang is a full-time university accounting student – yet she runs a Paramount Services commercial cleaning franchise that employs five part-time staff and has sales of over $150,000 a year.
Spring exemplifies how to work “on” rather than “in” your business and how to achieve your goals by following a franchise system. She spends her business time coaching her staff and liaising with clients. In November 2011 she was named Franchise Accountants Best Business Services Franchisee at the Westpac New Zealand Franchise Awards.
Spring bought a Paramount Services cleaning franchise with an annual turnover of around $15,000 in June 2009 to provide a part-time income to support her accounting studies at Auckland University.
By late 2011 Spring had multiplied her initial turnover ten-fold and she now has 14 cleaning contracts in Auckland including banks, commercial offices, a government department and common areas.
Spring credits much of her success to support from Paramount Services and its franchise system, which in 2011 won the Best Business Services Franchise System award for the third time.
Michael and Samuel Park, Tauranga
Brothers Michael and Samuel Park immigrated to New Zealand from Korea. Both had tried various jobs in New Zealand – Michael as a painter, builder, motel manager and funeral director and Samuel in a computer retail shop – but neither earned enough to support their families.
In December 2009 Michael found a Paramount franchise business which provided a good return on investment advertised for sale on a Korean community web site.
Together he and Samuel founded JKP Services Ltd and bought the Paramount franchise with $100,000 per annum in cleaning contracts. Buying new contracts through Paramount Services, JKP Services Ltd has grown its turnover to $250,000 at the end of 2011.
JKP Services has 13 clients in Tauranga in four market areas – retail, banks, commercial and common area. The business has five staff and receives strong support from Paramount Services regional manager and customer services team.
