Franchisees receive the benefits of using Paramount Services’ branding, business systems and processes. We take care of administrative responsibilities such as invoicing, collecting payment and providing a central customer services centre. This allows you to concentrate on building your franchise business, managing staff, quoting for new work and maintaining strong customer relationships.
We generate new business through website enquiries, advertising and tenders. We help you to promote your own business and, provided you can service new contracts well, there is no limit on the number you may take on.
Skills & training
New franchisees don't need commercial cleaning experience. You do need a positive attitude and a clean police record. You need to be well organised and prepared to learn Paramount Services' proven business formula.
Our franchise manual sets out comprehensive instructions on how to operate your business, and cleaning methods. We provide induction training and regular refresher courses. If you need help at any time with any aspect of your franchise business we are here to provide it.

Gary and Kirsten Camoin
Gary and Kirsten Camoin emigrated to New Zealand from South Africa in 2012. Gary took on a support manager role with an Auckland vehicle parts company but was working long hours including weekends and wanted to find a business opportunity where he could spend more time with his family.
A work colleague's partner operated a Paramount franchise and when Gary heard about this he became interested. He organised a meeting with Paramount General Manager Paul Brown who showed him how Paramount's franchise system worked and invited him to become a franchisee.
Impressed by Paramount's systems and culture, Gary and Kirsten relocated from Auckland to Christchurch in 2015 to fill a franchise network vacancy and be closer to other family members who had settled there. Since then they have grown their business significantly and now have 15 customers including bank branches, office spaces, shopping malls, and commercial and government offices.
The couple employ 18 staff and Kirsten now manages the day-to-day admin so they have flexibility around childcare and school for their growing family.
Lily Wang joined Paramount as a franchisee in Auckland in 2014 with a vision to run a successful business which inspires her two sons that with hard work and attention to detail it is possible to have a satisfying work/life balance.
When Lily began as a franchisee she had one large client. She has since doubled her business size to two large cleaning contracts, one a hotel/serviced apartment building and the other accommodation for families with sick children, and employs 10 staff - five full time and five part time.
Lily began the franchise herself and brought her husband Robin on board when her business grew. Robin does the induction and training of new staff and helps with sickness and holiday cover.
Lily's business aims have remained the same since joining Paramount: to provide consistent quality service that exceeds client expectations and to attract and retain hard working and motivated staff who are proud to deliver a high standard of work day in day out.
