Masterclass for franchisor development

last updated 12/10/2020

12 October 2020 – The popular Franchisor Excellence Masterclass is back at the end of the month, with online delivery making it easier than ever for Kiwi franchisors to attend

The high levels of stress and change that all franchise networks are facing make it important for franchisor leaders to keep their thinking in top shape through ongoing professional development.

With this in mind, the Franchise Relationships Institute (FRI) has taken some of its popular training programmes online. The FRI’s  programmes are recognised as some of the best in the world, combining high engagement with a focus on practical application and research-based content which consistently achieve participant satisfaction ratings over 90%.

The (FRI) was established in 1989 by business psychologist, Greg Nathan, who had previously been a multi-unit franchisee and senior franchisor executive. Over the past 31 years, FRI has since conducted extensive research with hundreds of franchise networks around the world on what helps or hinders healthy franchise relationships.

One FRI course that is particularly relevant at this time is the Franchisor Excellence Masterclass, specifically designed for senior franchisor executives responsible for creating strategy or leading divisional teams. The Masterclass is built around FRI’s franchising excellence framework. Participants get to share insights and learning with each other, and are exposed to a suite of evidence-based tools and best practice strategies proven to drive healthy, profitable and sustainable networks.

This programme consists of five weekly Zoom sessions that run for two hours each, and is priced at A$495, which includes detailed course materials. The next programme starts 30 October 2020.
