6 August 2018 – After overseeing five years of growth, the head of Domino’s NZ is taking up a new challenge in the UK

Cameron Toomey, the new GM of Domino's New Zealand.

Domino’s has announced Cameron Toomey as the new General Manager for Domino’s New Zealand replacing Scott Bush who heads to the UK to take up the position of Operations Director for Domino’s Pizza Group. Scott Bush has led the New Zealand business for the last five years, driving an increase in market share, franchisee numbers and the launch of the Flirtey drone delivery trial.

‘Cameron’s knowledge of the Domino’s brand and his experience, both in operations and corporate, make him the perfect candidate to continue the success the New Zealand market has achieved to date,’ says Nick Knight, CEO Australia and New Zealand. ‘Although we are sad to see Scott leave the local business, we are pleased that he is continuing his journey with Domino’s in the UK.’

Cameron Toomey has worked in the QSR industry in Australia for 25 years holding several key roles in Domino’s Pizza Enterprises over the past 9 years including Franchise Operations Analyst, Corporate Operations Manager and, most recently, Franchise Market Manager QLD/NSW/ACT.

‘Scott and the team have done some amazing work to grow the New Zealand business over the last five years,’ says Toomey ‘and my aim is to build on that success, continuing to develop Domino’s as New Zealand’s favourite local brand.’

‘My family and I are looking forward to the move. New Zealand has a great standard of living and as an avid ultra-distance trail runner, I can’t wait to explore all of the amazing trails that this country has to offer.’
