last updated 17/10/2023

11 October 2023 – A well-established franchise executive is available to help franchisors on a contract basis

Greg Longstaff had many years experience in franchising.

Greg Longstaff started out as a franchisee himself with V.I.P. Home Services many years ago. He went on to help expand the Adelaide-based franchise first to Melbourne then Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. This gave him practical experience of marketing, measuring and solidifying brand presence and business management systems to enable franchisees and franchisors to be successful.

Working with a range of both New Zealand and offshore franchises over the years, Greg has since used his experience to coach other business owners to success, including setting up greenfield sites and training new franchisees. He is now looking for contract work, either part-time, full-time or fixed term contract.

Greg says his unique skills are:

  1. Pioneering new business opportunities and markets.
  2. Tailoring solutions to address individual client needs.
  3. Driving change management through adaptable leadership with marketing processes.

Other skills include:

  • Team management
  • B2B sales
  • Sales cold calls
  • Sales support
  • Sales growth
  • Franchise business management
  • International experience
  • Rapport-building
  • Customer service training
  • Sales training

‘If you are looking for someone to help you take your franchise to the next level, or to handle a specific project, get in touch,’ Greg invites. ‘My number is 021 839 306.’
