Field management training - November dates

6 October 2023 - Dates have been released of the latest round of field management training programmes for franchises operating in New Zealand

The three online training programmes are designed to address the needs of the owners and managers of franchise systems, field managers and support office staff. Run by multi-award-winning Auckland experts Franchize Consultants, the programmes all have a highly practical focus with learnings that can be applied directly in the field. They feature a good mix of presentation, discussion and workshop-based problem solving, where course attendees collaborate on approaches to a tough franchisee case study scenario.

These courses are accredited for points toward the internationally-recognised Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) qualification.

Field Visit Foundations (online)

Wednesday 8 & Thursday 9 November 2023 1-5pm

What are field visits? What should a Field Support Representative do? And how does this fit into overall franchise system management? This intensive one-day workshop for Field Service Representatives provides the answers.

Improving Franchisee Performance for Field Support Representatives (online)

Wednesday 15 & Thursday 16 November 2023 1-5pm

This training is focused on helping Field Service Representatives engage with franchisees more effectively, productively, and profitably. This programme enables them to better understand performance information (including financial and non-financial KPIs). It also helps them work through benchmarking and sensitivity analysis, and franchisee development processes.

Franchisee Business Planning (online)

Wednesday 22 & Thursday 23 November 1-5pm

Another field support building block aimed at upskilling field managers on effective business planning with franchisees. It provides them with valuable background and skills to engage with franchisees, encouraging effective business planning and business plan implementation.
