Free seminar – dealing with invisible risks

There are many things that can expose your franchise to risk in today’s world. The biggest ones are either not obvious, only partially covered in operations manuals, or the result of recent changes. These will be the focus of this webinar and include risks relating to, for example: 

• Health and safety 
• Employment compliance 
• Cyber security and privacy 
• Business process compliance 
• Crisis management and media policies 

While all or most of these areas may be addressed in your system, some may need updating or adding to protect your franchise from the serious risks they pose. 

This 60 minute webinar will be presented by Callum Floyd of Franchize Consultants and Pete Burdon of Franchise Media Training. The seminar is produced in collaboration with the Franchise Association of New Zealand and is open to both members and non-members.
