Expense Reduction Analysts

Disruption could be just what you are looking for. Earn an executive income working from home as part of Expense Reduction Analysts, the cost management franchise voted the world’s Best White Collar Franchise for the 3rd year in a row at the Global Franchise Awards.

The opportunity

Covid 19 has been a game changer for many people and many businesses will be forever changed.

If your career has been disrupted (business closure or redundancy) perhaps now is the time to make that sea change you’ve been dreaming about? Invest in your own career, join a world leading and award winning cost management franchise and work from home, which can be almost anywhere. You’ve proven that you can, you’ve probably enjoyed it, so why not make it permanent?

Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA) was established in 1992 and is now in around 36 countries. Our NZ operations commenced in 1994 and since that time, our team has saved hundreds of businesses tens of millions of dollars in business overhead expenses. Unlike other organisations, we operate on a contingency fee basis. No savings, No fees, No risk.

Skills & training

If you have a proven track record in leadership roles or management positions, possess excellent communication, sales and negotiating skills, expense category experience, or can demonstrate high levels of expertise in a specific industry sector (e.g. Photocopiers, Print, Recruitment, Waste etc.), then we want to talk to you about operating your cost management consultancy with ERA.

Aside from the freedom to work from home, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of chasing down new business opportunities or perhaps working on specific cost category projects with your new colleagues. By partnering with our experienced team, you can leverage your time and enhance your income potential, which is results based and absolutely uncapped.

Initial Induction Training of 2 weeks is normally undertaken at our Global Training Academy in Kent, England. However, we too have been affected by Covid 19. Right now, nobody wants to fly to the other side of the world and sit in a classroom for 2 weeks with 15 other people from all over the world, so our training has moved online. Feedback from recent course participants has been very positive and this may well become our new norm.

Covid 19 has disrupted lots of things but maybe this disruption could be just what you’re looking for.

Awards and testimonials

ERA is a multi-award-winning organisation. We’re absolutely delighted to tell you that we’ve won the “Best White Collar Franchise” for the last three years running as judged by the 2020 Global Franchise Awards held in Orlando, Florida.

“Key to our continued success is the commitment to growing ERA, not just by our strong expansion of franchises awarded each year, but also by growing and developing the business of each and every Franchisee. The key belief being that Franchisees’ success equals Franchisor success and that the network is, indeed, stronger together.”

Fred Marfleet, Founder & Executive Chairman, Expense Reduction Analysts

And our clients in New Zealand speak volumes for our franchisees' professionalism and effectiveness on their behalf:

“We have worked with Expense Reduction Analysts over many years and have engaged them to review a number of our expense categories. They have a proven methodology which works well in combination with the relevant expense category “expert” they assign to each project. They produce results hence our continued use of their service.”
