As a Regional Franchise Partner, you will help guide new Unit Franchise Partners that are starting their own businesses and support their success.

Do I need to be an expert in Cleaning, Pest Control or Electrical Test & Tag?

No industry knowledge is required, we will teach you everything you need to know. On top of that, you will have the support of our successful industry expert, who is only a phone call away.

We’ll provide you with the training, techniques, operating procedures and support, your job is to instill what you know in the unit franchises you onboard within your division across the country.

Investment Requirements

To establish your Regional Franchise Partner agreement with The Local Guys, we ask for an investment of $74,900 + GST.

Your Regional Franchise includes:

• Franchise documents and operations manual.
• In-person training with the founder of the brand.
• Training with leads from each department (Marketing, Sales, Franchising, Customer
  Service).
• Expert technical support from current National Divisional Franchise Partners.
• Access to our online CRM trade-based scheduling software
• Online training platform: that includes all policies, procedures and tools your Franchise Partners will use for training including step by step 4K videos of every service we provide.
• Dedicated website
• Territory mapping software with 50 territories per region mapped out for you.
• KPI tools (Franchise Partner scorecards, business metrics & growth reports)
• Use of our marketing materials, including service flyers, brochures and more!
• Use of our intellectual property, including logos, digital assets and documentation.
• Backing of an international brand
• Multiple Revenue Streams from large upfronts, to ongoing royalties.
• 6 weekly meetings with company founder for business coaching, advice and development
