The model includes an open bakery creating delicious treats right in front of customers and, as well as quick turnaround sit-down dining, is a thriving takeaway and catering business. We built our model on the view that ‘everyone should be able to afford to eat well’ – be they vegan students, hungry tradies, retired couples, healthy families and everyone in between.

Skills & training

We’re looking for like-minded, energetic and motivated people, ideally with experience in management and working with systems.

You’ll be supported with in-person training, foolproof systems and procedures and a year-round communications plan. We will pass on our knowledge and experience by working closely with you and be focused on your success year-round.
