The opportunity

Jones and Co Cleaning, Property and Lifestyle Solutions is like no other cleaning company. 100% New Zealand owned and operated, we offer a premium high-quality service for residential, accommodation and commercial properties that is consistently high-quality, time after time.

With over 20 years experience in the cleaning industry, we have developed and set best practice standards with our proven cleaning methods and toolkit. We are a kiwi brand, so we understand the NZ environment and have developed our training to cater for this, so whether it's a farmhouse in Gore, an AirBnb in Nelson, a penthouse in Auckland or an office in Hamilton, you can feel confident that you will be able to deliver a Jones and Co quality clean.

This is your chance to have your own business that pays well and where you have flexibility in the hours that you work. We know that everyone’s lives are different and so it’s your choice if 30 hours works for you or 50 is more up your alley. We will work collaboratively with you to ensure you have enough work to support your desired workload. 

We include all the equipment and cleaning products you need to get started, uniforms and stationery, accounting and administration resources and support, a business coach and mentor for your first year, plus ongoing support. We know that marketing and generating leads can be daunting so we have our own in-house marketing team that will sort all of this out with you!

At Jones and Co training you is our number one priority. We know that by investing time in training our people, we are investing in the future of Jones and Co. The training program has been developed personally by founder Ally Kelleher and is unlike what any other cleaning company offers. It is essentially like an apprenticeship which is made up of two parts: practical + theoretical learning.
