Skills & training for Master Franchisees

We provide a high level of back up and support for the Master Franchise business opportunities in New Zealand and we assist with training, pricing, quality management and franchise sales to get you operationally underway. There is a huge skill and resource base within Crest’s existing team of Franchisees and Master Franchisees; therefore, no direct knowledge of the cleaning industry is required.

As a Master Franchisee at CrestClean, your role encompasses a range of responsibilities aimed at driving business growth and supporting franchise operations, including:

• Representing CrestClean in the marketplace 


• Prospecting for new customers through various channels


• Canvassing businesses to identify potential customers


• Use of telephone to secure appointments 


• Preparing and presenting compelling proposals 


• Closing deals and setting up new customers 


• Monitoring service levels to ensure customer satisfaction

• Interviewing and assessing prospective franchisees 


• Managing franchisee training and induction 


• Setting franchisees up with customers 


• Mentoring franchisees as they grow their businesses


• Co-ordinating a team spirit 



Other requirements: 


• Use of Microsoft Office 365 and email for business purposes 


• Be fluent in spoken/written English


• Sales and account management experience
