July 2012 - A webinar on Thursday 12 July will share highlights from a study on excellence in franchising based on the personal characteristics and business results of over 2,500 franchisees in Australia and New Zealand.
The Franchise Success Study has been conducted by Greg Nathan and his team at the highly-regarded Franchise Relationships Institute and the findings have generated enormous interest from franchisors around the world wanting to use this knowledge to increase franchisee performance and satisfaction.
The study sought to find out what drives franchisee performance and satisfaction in today’s environment. The full report contains data from Australian and New Zealand franchisees who completed an in-depth 210 item questionnaire assessing how their backgrounds, lifestyle, work habits and personal characteristics impact on their success. It provides evidence-based guidance in how to recruit, train, support and lead franchisees throughout their journey. It also contains a new model, The Franchisee Wheel of Excellence, that franchisors can use to assist franchisees achieve operational excellence. The 118-page report can be purchased online here.
The Institute is also hosting a FREE webinar on Thursday 12 July 2012 from 2pm to 3pm New Zealand time where it will share the following top level findings from the study:
