Training is a vital aspect of any good franchise, both for franchisees and their staff. Ensuring products and services are properly delivered with consistent quality is important for the brand image. Ensuring that profitability is maintained and wastage minimised is important for the business. But how do you deliver training in an engaging and interesting way? ‘Of course, when smartphones came in they revolutionised the market and made vital, affordable training much more accessible to smaller companies,’ Adrian continues. ‘They also meant that people could access the training they need whenever and wherever it is convenient for them. Today, our platform is perfectly suited for franchises of all sizes. It ensures the very basis of a franchise – the documentation and procedures – can be properly communicated and training delivered so everyone knows what to do and, equally importantly, how to do it. And reporting and testing features mean that you know who has learned what and where further training is needed. It can ensure records are kept, too, which can be important for health and safety or employment compliance.
‘It works, too,’ Adrian says proudly. ‘The Coffee Club is just one of the franchises which have been enabled to take franchisees and staff through every aspect of their training online, and look at the results they have achieved!’

Documentation, power point or video can all be loaded on to our platform and users trained in its use so they can update it and ultimately create new content.

We offer plans from $95 to $250 per month which are entirely flexible and can be terminated, downgraded or upgraded as requirements change. Similar systems based overseas are four to five times more expensive – and the time difference can create difficulties, too.
