Consultant banned as director and manager

The name of franchise consultant Campbell Shorland Spencer has been published as a banned director and manager on the New Zealand Companies Office website. The prohibition is from 9 December 2009 to 9 December 2012 under section 385 of the Companies Act 1993. Mr Spencer’s associations are shown as The Chaucer Group Limited, Team Maddison Limited and Team Maddison (NZ) Limited (in liquidation). He is also known to have been involved with Stonehead Management and Base Franchise Limited. Auckland journalist Bob Dey has written several times about Mr Spencer in his regular publication The Bob Dey Property Report.
