This includes a website which makes booking super easy and this summer during the peak booking times is delivering 3 booking a second. The digital customer engagement also includes a client App with many features such as van tracking, easy booking, and rate your driver.

The Super Shuttle system has been designed to deliver maximum efficiency to customers with minimum stress to franchisees. ‘It’s a very easy business to understand, we seek the right personal characteristics versus experience in our industry, as the business provides much of the day to day operational direction. Super Shuttle provides a 24/7 operations centre with reservation team, and dispatch team organising bookings and allocating tasks to drivers throughout NZ. Super Shuttle manages all credit work and guarantees payment to the franchisees, so there’s no customer invoicing or credit control.
